For golf simulator venues

Booking, memberships, and a CRM in one place

Booking, memberships and a CRM for golf simulator venues, set up and run with you by a team in Austin.

See it work

From the member's phone to your front desk to your CRM

  1. Members book from their phone

They pick a bay and a time, see the credit cost, and confirm. Your front desk sees it on the board.

  2. Every booking builds the customer record

The booking, credits, plan and visit land on the customer's record in your CRM, so follow ups run from real activity.

  3. Cancellations follow your policy

Members cancel from the app and see what comes back before they confirm. Credits return by your cancellation rules.

  4. Lessons run on the same credits

Coaches, lessons and swing evaluations book in the same app, with their own credit types.

  5. Your app, your brand

Members book in an app with your name, logo and colors. Not a marketplace that lists your competitors.

The difference

Most booking tools stop at the booking. Dink keeps going.

  • Every customer has one record: bookings, plan, credits, payments and visits.
  • Your CRM sees every booking as it happens, so follow ups and win back campaigns run from what people actually do.
  • Tag, segment and message members by plan, by credits left, or by how long since their last visit.
  • On the Growth package, we build and run those campaigns for you.

The front desk

The whole day on one screen

Now & Next shows who is arriving, what needs confirming and what is still unpaid, with check in and no show one click away.

The problem

What running a sim venue on disconnected tools costs you

Most sim venues already have a way to take a booking. The trouble is everything the booking tool doesn't know.

  • Booking lives in one tool

Your simulator's booking page takes the reservation and stops there. It doesn't know who's a member or what they've paid for.

  • Members and credits live in another

Memberships, punch cards, and hour banks end up in a spreadsheet, and somebody squares them up by hand.

  • Follow-up doesn't happen

Members call or text to book, confirmations go out by hand if at all, and nobody has one record of who came in and when.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

What should golf simulator booking software do?

It should let customers book a bay from their phone, take payment or credits at booking, run memberships and packages, and show your front desk the day at a glance. The best tools also keep a record of every customer so you can follow up after the visit, not just take the booking.

What is the difference between a scheduler and a golf simulator platform?

A scheduler books time slots. A golf simulator platform understands bays, lessons, coaches, memberships with included hours, credits, and cancellation rules, and connects all of it to the customer record. Dink is built for simulator venues, so those pieces are part of the product, not workarounds.

Does Dink take a cut of my bookings?

No. Dink is a flat monthly price by bay count. Your card processor charges its normal processing fees, and text and email usage is billed at cost plus a small markup.

Do I have to replace my simulators or TrackMan software?

No. Dink runs your booking, memberships and customer side. Your simulators and their software stay exactly as they are.

How long does it take to switch booking systems?

After your consultation we send a short checklist the next business day. Once we have it, we do the setup with you: bays, hours, services, prices, membership plans and your member list. The timeline depends mostly on how fast we get your member list and payment account.

What do you need from me to set up my facility?

Your bays and hours, the services you sell and their prices, your membership plans, a member list export from your current system, your payment account, your logo and colors, and the domain you want booking emails to come from. We handle the rest.
