bookdink.com is run by Source 360 Group Inc. Dink is built by Journix, a Source 360 Group company. This policy covers the information this site collects and what we do with it. It does not cover the Dink software your venue uses, which is governed by your agreement with us.
What we collect
- What you enter when you book a consultation in the scheduling calendar: your name, email, phone number, business name, number of bays, the booking tool you use today, which Dink services you are interested in, and whether you agree to receive text messages.
- How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source and utm_campaign), if any. These are passed to the scheduling calendar with your booking, and HighLevel's tracking script also records them.
- How you use this site: the pages you visit (including the full link), how long you stay, the site that sent you, and your browser type, recorded by HighLevel's tracking script (see Cookies and browser storage below).
- Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address and browser type, in our hosting provider's logs.
How we use it
To schedule and hold your consultation, and to follow up about Dink by email, phone, or text message. You can ask us to stop at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text message.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles it
The scheduling calendar and the tracking script are run by HighLevel, the CRM we use to manage consultation bookings, so your details are stored there. Our hosting provider serves the site. Google provides Google Analytics (see Cookies and browser storage below). These providers handle your information only to provide their service to us.
Cookies and browser storage
This site keeps the campaign tags and referring site from your visit in your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. HighLevel's tracking script, which runs on every page, records the pages you visit (including the full link, with any campaign tags), how long you stay, the site that sent you, and your browser type, and sends them to HighLevel. It sets a cookie that expires after one day (or uses session storage if cookies are blocked) and keeps an identifier in your browser's local storage. The scheduling calendar is also provided by HighLevel and may set its own cookies.
This site also uses Google Analytics 4, from Google, to understand how visitors find and use it. It records the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, the site that referred you, and two events: viewing the consultation page, and clicking a link to it (with where on the site that link was). It sets Google's cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, in your browser. See Google's privacy policy. To opt out, install the Google Analytics opt out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation details while we are talking with you about Dink, and for as long as needed for our business records afterward. Ask us and we will delete them.

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children.
